Deloro takes care of the complete process from "sketch to part". Starting with the selection of base material (predominantly Cobalt- or Nickel- based alloys), design of the production drawings, procurement or casting of the raw working piece, wear and corrosion protective cladding of the pre-machined part (when required) and finish machining. The assembly of several components for a direct installation into your machine or process is an optional service which can save you time and money.
All processing steps are controlled in detail by our sophisticated Quality Management System, measured, tested, documented and certified. Upon request, we coordinate and manage your project with third party suppliers.
