Michael Ruenz is the Chief Executive Officer of Deloro Group since Deloro was acquired by Madison Industries from Kennametal in December 2015 and continues to fill this role under the new ownership.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Ruenz held various positions in sales and general management roles for Kennametal in Europe focused on Kennametal’s infrastructure business.

Before joining Kennametal through a successful exit from a MBO/Private Equity ownership of Deloro Stellite, Mr. Rünz served as Managing Director in several of Deloro Stellite’s businesses in Europe and  was responsible for all business aspects including sales, finance, operations, quality and development

Mr. Rünz was the President and Managing Director of ATS Stellite and ATS Sferic in France from 2002 until 2006.

Outside his CEO position, he serves the Board of Directors of the European Investment Casting Federation since 2004 and is member of the Board of the employer’s federation VEM Die Arbeitgeber.

Markus Ohlemacher is  the Chief Financial Officer of Deloro Group since December 2015. He was highly involved in the preparation and the transition of Deloro (MBO/Private Equity ownership) from Kennametal Inc. to Madison Industries Holdings LLC.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Ohlemacher held the position of Finance Director in Deloro Wear Solutions GmbH responsible for Finance, Controlling & IT. In this role he was strongly involved in Cash Management within the environment of PE.

Before joining Deloro Mr. Ohlemacher served as Finance Director in international companies taking care as well of Supply Chain and Information Technology.
